Responsibilities
- Attend to customers for aftersales service booking and requests
- Manage phone enquiries
- Provide administrative support to the department including but not limited to report generation, invoicing, payment collection and settlements
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience
- Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays
